6. Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.

- Due to the nature of digital content and limited live event access, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.
7. Live Webinar Terms
- This is a live event. Attendance is your responsibility.
- No replay may be provided unless explicitly stated.
- Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.
- We reserve the right to modify scheduling if necessary, with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Reading Upgrade Terms
- Any optional reading purchased is subject to availability.
- Limited spots may apply and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Readings are delivered as described at the time of purchase.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Readings)
- If a scheduled reading is included, at least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.
10. Age Restriction (18+)
- This service is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older.
- By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
11. Intellectual Property
- All webinar content, materials, recordings, and readings are the intellectual property of Become Your Creator Ltd.
- You may not copy, reproduce, record, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Participate respectfully in the webinar
- Not disrupt, record, or misuse the session
- Provide accurate and honest information
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms.

17. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or remove access to the webinar or related services where:
- Behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive
- There are concerns for participant wellbeing
- There is misuse of the service

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in those courts.
